Tiny Tots Academy recognizes each child as a creative individual. we at Tiny Tots Academy believe that all children need to succeed; therefor, Tiny Tots Academy will recognize and assist in the specific needs of each child in a caring and creative environment, emphasizing their social, emotional and intellectual development.

Our story...
Tiny Tots Academy is a family owned and operated childcare center. Our center was founded on the idea that children are the most important part of society, they deserve a learning center free of judgment so that they may learn and grow properly.
Our staff consists of experienced, caring professionals ready to fill your child’s mind with knowledge and their hearts with love and support. They have a passion for children and can’t wait to help your child prepare for the world of learning.
We understand each child learns at their own pace and we support that. Our daily curriculum is based on what your child is ready to learn, not what they HAVE to know.
We have a large outdoor play area for daily outside play.
We serve breakfast, lunch and two snacks daily! Our Nutritional Coordinator is happy to accommodate children with food allergies. We are enrolled with the states Child Nutritional Program.
We are licensed by the State of Alabama. Our teachers have CPR certification and are accredited each year. We also have training in First Aid.
We are located in the beautiful, quiet area of Friendship Road in Daphne, AL. Our location, as lovely and quiet as it is, maybe a little difficult to find. If you have a difficult time, just give us a call and get directions.
Diversity is key!
Here at Tiny Tots Academy, we believe that diversity is a very important thing to have in a company. Although our center is comprised primarily of females, we do have quite a bit of diversity. Our diversity includes, but is not limited to: racial differences; age differences; experience in the field as well as other differences such as educational background. Keeping a diverse workplace is something that does not go unnoticed in our company.
Our "Open Door" Policy:
We offer the open door policy; you are welcome to come by at anytime to visit your child in class. Your feedback is important to us, please let us know if there is anything we can do for you. There is a "Suggestion Box" sitting at the front desk so leave as many comments as you would like to!!!!
In addition, if you are a parent or an employee, you are always welcome to speak to the Owners Robert or Cindy Turnage or the Director Katie Turnage about any problems or concerns you may have. The "Open Door" policy does not exclude employees or parents of enrolled children.
